Complete Computer Solutions, Inc. has developed its own Automated Appointment Reminder System call “E-appt™”.

E-appt™ is a patient appointment reminder system that is hosted in your practice, completely eliminating those overpriced calling services.

How does it work?

Simple. E-appt® automatically calls your patients one or two days before their scheduled appointments to remind them to come in. E-appt™ makes your reminder calls over one of your existing office phone lines (we recommend E-appt make your calls after hours in the evening.) E-appt can make your reminder calls over an Internet phone line if you have one.

What happens during a typical call, and what do my patients hear?

Your patient picks up the phone and hears your greeting message “Hello, doctor's appointment confirmation, please press 1 now." Your reminder message is then delivered, “The Doctor’s office is calling to remind you of your appointment at the following date and time - March 3rd at 2:45pm”. E-appt is programmed to give any date and time.

If an answering machine picks up, E-appt detects that, and your reminder message is delivered to the answering machine, “The Doctor’s office is calling to remind you of your appointment at the following date and time…” The reminder message can be changed by you at anytime. The recording is made by a real person, so the message is easy to understand.

Do you speak Spanish?
You can send your reminder calls in English only, Spanish only, or a combination of both English and Spanish. Both languages are built into E-appt so you can change this whenever you want.

Is any confidential information played during the reminder?

No. Never. Patient information never leaves your office. It is completely HIPAA compliant.
