Maintenance Contracts

Our maintenance contracts are easy to understand and hassle-free. We offer two types of contracts; parts plus labor and-our most popular, labor only contracts.

If a maintenance contract is not for you, try our low-cost hourly service. It's fast and efficient, and whether repairs are preformed on-site, remotely, or drop-off, you will get the same great service our maintenance clients receive.

Hourly Rates

Below is a list of our hourly rates. There are no trip or fuel charges added to any of these rates. A (1) hour minimum labor charge applies to all rates.

On-site service for Businesses is $95.00 per hour.

On-site service for Residential is $75.00 per hour.

Remote and Drop-Off service is $60.00 per hour.
